Stop Using Bear Bile!

We are learning to write a persuasive text. We chose an issue connected to our unit of inquiry and wrote persuasively about it. This is my published work.

I believe that people should stop using bearbile because it hurts bears and there are other medicines that do the same thing that bear bile does.

Firstly to get the bile, they take the bears from the forest and put a painful injection in and suck all the bear bile out. It hurts bears and people dont fix the wounds so they can keep taking it out. They also just use one part of it that is waste .

Secondly they also have a home. Just imagine a person takes you to a place you have never seen before and cut one part of you out and keeps you in a tiny cage because that's how the bears feel !  Also bear bile is also bad because they put bears in tiny cages and they have to stay there. This is not enough space for the bears and they feel scared and uncomfortable.

Thirdly if people stop buying Bear Bile, I think they will stop making it ! So please stop buying bear bile . They only make it for money!  If we stop buying it they will stop making it because they will think that people don't want to buy it so they will stop hurting the bears.

Fourthly they have sadly proven that bear bile does cure headaches and other things but there are other medicines that don’t use animals that also do this like paracetamol. The good medicine will stop a headache, but they will keep on using bear bile until they have no more bears left.

In conclusion we are just hurting animals for money ! So please stop buying bear bile products!
